Warranty Coverage
Your Kenneth Scott watch is covered by international warranty against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. The warranty period begins from the original date of purchase as stated on your receipt or warranty card.
During the warranty period, Kenneth Scott will repair or replace the watch with any defective components free of charge.

What the Warranty Covers
- Manufacturing defects in the movement, hands and dial
- Replacement or repair of defective parts covered under normal wear conditions
- Labor costs associated with covered repairs

What the Warranty Does Not Cover
The Kenneth Scott warranty does not apply to:
- Damage resulting from accidents, misuse, or negligence
- Normal wear and tear (scratches, color fading, strap wear, etc.)
- Water damage caused by improper use or exceeding the watch's rated depth
- Damage caused by unauthorized repairs or modifications
- Battery, straps, bracelets, and crystals (these are considered consumable parts)
Warranty Duration
1 Year from Date of Purchase
Proof of Purchase Required
Warranty claims must be accompanied by a valid warranty card stamped by an authorized retailer and original proof of purchase. Without these documents, the warranty may be considered void.
Authorized Service Only
All warranty and post-warranty repairs must be performed by an authorized Kenneth Scott Service Center. Unauthorized servicing will void the warranty.
Out-of-Warranty Services
If your watch is no longer under warranty, Kenneth Scott offers paid repair and maintenance services using genuine parts. You'll receive a detailed cost estimate before any work begins.

Kenneth Scott's warranty is recognized globally through its network of authorized service partners. Repairs or servicing can be requested at any Kenneth Scott Service Center worldwide, provided you present valid proof of purchase.
